According to the lawsuit, the mother was a resident at the defendant’s facility. The lawsuit said the mother required supervision and was dependant on nursing home staff to care for her.
Allegedly, the woman fell multiple times as a result of improper supervision and negligent care. She suffered a femur fracture that required surgery as a result of the falls, the lawsuit alleged. The plaintiff seeks damages and all just relief for the alleged negligence that injured her mother.
